It's the start of a new month! Can you believe it's August already?
Now, I'm ready to start a new challenge. The plan? To do something healthy everyday - from exercise to No Coke Days; from eating more fruits to possibly doing sports. Yes, even spending some time on my Wii Fit will count. Heh.
Everyone who knows me can probably attest that I'm not the most fitness-conscious person in the world. Exercise is something that I know I should do, but never get around to doing. And, while I try to eat a balanced diet, I regularly commit nutrition faux pax.
So, instead of just talking and wishing I can be fitter and healthier, I want to start doing something about it. I'm not jumping on anything big just yet. I intend to stick to baby steps to start with.
This is my first baby step. Making my intention public through this Everyday Exploration project.
Next baby step: Launching the S Studio Fitness Club, in conjunction with this project. That's the section at the forums where I intend to report my daily fitness progress. Just a way to motivate myself to do this health and fitness thing.
