Shai Coggins : Psychology

Shai Coggins is two psychology degrees: Master of Social Science in Applied Psychology and a four-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her practice is currently on hold.

Selected work experiences include:

  • Full-time psychologist at MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore), where she started a three-tier Sex Education Programme for the intellectually disabled adult trainees, their families, and the training officers;
  • Part-time psychology consultant at the Singapore School for the Deaf;
  • An employee relations specialist (industrial psychologist) at a semi-conductor company; and
  • Working for various private and corporate clients as a private practitioner.

Shai has also been teaching workshops, as well as writing and publishing articles on psychology-related topics in various venues.

  • Associate Member, Australian Psychological Society (pending reinstatement)

  • International affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA)
