Boiling asparagus is simple. Just get a bunch of asparagus. Cut off the ends (not the "flowery bit"). Cut in half, if you wish. Boil some water. Then, add the asparagus. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes (for a "crunchier" feel) - or about 10 minutes (for a "mushier" feel). Then, serve.
Boiled asparagus makes a great side dish - often served with roast meats. Sometimes, I use sauces with it. I'm partial to cheese sauce on boiled asparagus.
