"Everyone is a house with four rooms, a physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time, but unless we go into every room, every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person." - Indian Proverb
If I were to check my own 'house-airing' practices based on this proverb, I'd fall short. I'm primarily spending my time living in my 'mental room'. My work and general interests seem to reside in there. In full gear. My emotional room gets visited a lot too. But, I think my physical and spiritual rooms definitely need more 'airing time'. Not enough living being done in those rooms in my house. Especially not on a daily basis.
What about you? How're you living in (and airing) your house?
And, if you were to add more rooms in your house, what would they be and why?
