Setting Up a New Home Office

New Office

Since last winter, I haven't had a dedicated office at home. We've got a family study. But for the most part, I've been working everywhere except on a proper office desk.

Well, almost a year later, here I am... on my brand new Ikea desk, with brand new shelves (also from Ikea +a DIY solution). And, slowly organising my own space.

It feels good. Having a room of my own again. There are still a few things to do. But, it's usable now.

And yes, you can see my Mackie there. And, my blank new Inspiration Board. Will be interesting to see how I can fill that board up for the rest of the year.

What about you? Do you have a study/home office? What's your work space like?

Do you have an inspiration board? What sort of stuff do you put on it?

Call me kapo, but I love looking at other people's desks, work spaces, studios, inspiration boards... So, if you've got photos to share, I'd love to see them too.

If you want to see an annotated version of my work space, just click on the photo to go to the Flickr page with notes.
