Spring is definitely inspiring me to do a lot of things. I just love, love, love seeing the world around me come alive at this time of the year. And, I can't say enough good things about seeing more sun and blue skies lately. Yay indeed. That's why I thought I'll carry that inspiration over to my monthly Everyday Exploration project.
One of the spring-related ideas that I wanted to try out was 'spring cleaning'. After all, my house, my office, my email inbox, and many other aspects of my life seem to need a lot of cleaning up. But, it didn't have enough oooooommmmpppphhh for me. At least, not right now. Not on a daily marking kind of way. I'll still do that cleaning bit. But, probably not everyday. 😉
Anyway, I decided to do something simple for my September EE. For the first time, I'm opting to do a single idea. Just FLOWERS. Yep - come up with anything and everything that has to do with flowers. The more creative, the better.
Day One started off with that photo + spring-inspired handbag. Day Two, I filled a moleskine sketchbook page of floral doodles, especially based on flowers that I saw during my weekly walk. Day Three, I made a 'floral-printed giraffe softie' + filled 2 pages of floral doodles based on real and imaginary flowers + listed lots of floral-related ideas. Today's Day Four. Not sure yet what I'll do. I'll go check that list some time and pick one.
Now, if you have ideas on floral inspirations, I'd welcome your suggestions. Maybe I'll do something about your idea (with credit to you, of course).
So, what about you? What's inspiring you lately?
