All Things Avengers

Over the last week, Marvel released two things that really whet my appetite for the upcoming Avengers film:

The Avengers

The Avengers

1. Avengers Alliance: The Facebook Game (links to FB app)

Having a "No Facebook Game Rule", this particular release from the Avengers was quite tricky for me. And yes, it caused me to waver with my resolve not to play any games on FB.

In the end, with the encouragement of a Twitter buddy and the author of the Avengers Alliance FB game himself, I caved enough to install the game. I haven't played it in full yet, but I have poked around a bit over the last day or so. Cool stuff.

2. The new Avengers movie trailer

I've watched the early release trailers of the Avengers film and they made me want to watch the movie. So much so that I actually had to stop myself from thinking about it too much.

Now, with the latest trailer out, it reminded me again of how much I want this movie out. Now.

But, I know we all would have to wait a few more months.

At least I have The Hunger Games movie to look forward to this month! Yay.

In the mean time, here's the trailer for those of you who may have missed it. Or, if like me, you just want to keep watching it again and again. No matter how gut-wrenching the anticipation might be! 🙂

So. Excited!
